How do I check the status of my cleaner?
You can call 1-855-311-MAID or track your cleaners location using the Same Day Maids app on google play and track your cleaner in real time.
What areas do you service?
We service most zip codes in all 50 states. Major cities and some suburban areas.
When is the soonest I can get a cleaner?
We usually need a 5 hour notice. We are open 24 hours 7 days for commercial jobs and 7am-9pm everyday for residential bookings in each time zone.
What else should I know?
We send 1-2 cleaners per job, we can bring supplies minus a broom, mop or vacuum or use yours. Cleaning includes any level of cleaning basic and deep and is customized by you on arrival.
