Same Day Maids LLC, SameDayMaids.net, Samedaymaids.pro and Same Day Maids app and or company does not share your personal information unless needed to complete services such as with Same Day Maids employee, staff, contractors and more in order to render services requested. You agree Same Day Maids by interacting with Same Day Maids that we may text you, mail, email or call you about appointment information and or promotion material. You may unsubscribe at anytime. Our email support@samedaymaids.pro is a private secure email system we use as well as samedaymaids@proton.me. We use encrypted storage, emails when able. Accounts held on samedaymaisa.net , samedaymaida.pro and Same Day Maids app are not encrypted or private and may be subject to cyber attacks. You hold Same Day Maids unliable and innocent of all privacy claims. Reports, claims, disputes and legal action will not exceed $5,000 against Same Day Maids and their affiliate parties.

Terms of Service

Cleaners are independent contactor and are indivaully responsible for lost, damage and stolen property, missing or damage goods, client or cleaners or others getting hurt while cleaning and al claims and issues related to cleaning jobs. If they are insured and bonded you can file a claim with their insurance. You hold Same Day Maids innocent to any claims that resulted from a cleaning. Same Day Maids does not guarantee cleaner or staff is free or criminal or civil legal issues or history. 

Policy for clients

Cleaner has a 30 minute grace period between appointments to arrive.  Cleaner can not stand over 3 feet when cleaning. Cleaners are independent contractors and we can't guarantee the cleaner has no criminal history, Cleaners can not accept gifts and can not give you their phone number direct. No nudist activity allowed while cleaner is there. No walking around in underwear or revealing cloths. No smoking weed or coverage while clear is there. If you have allergies you may be required to provide your own cleaning supplies. Cleaner can not clean anything and give to damage, antiques or electronics. Asking inappropriate question such as  'do you also do massage' or sexual in nature questions will result in being banned, the cleaner leaving and no refund. Cancelling or rescheduling your appmtment in less than 24 hours will result in being charged the fill cost for the appointment. Compaints must made within 48 hours of the cleaning job for compensation.

Policy For The Cleaners and other workers 

As a cleaner you are a independent contractor and repansonibek from reporting your income to the government yearly. You also are responsible for all missing items, damaged items, if you get hurt while working or the clent gets hurt while your on the job. It is recommended strongly you get both Liability insurance from any agency and bonding. You will be responsible to replace damaged and missing item. You agree that by accepting this position as cleaner you hve never been accused of a crime or convicted. You agree to be liable for damages and missing property, you agree to not exchange number with client, You agree to be available to take all cleaning gigs during your shift. Payday is Friday for work was until Saturday he last week until Sunday. Terms may change at any time you agree Same Day Maids may end your enjoyment without reason.
